Paul Comfort Assisted Living LLC provides non-medical in-home care services to clients in Manassas and surrounding areas. Services include personal assistance, companionship, errands, transportation, and related support.
We do not provide medical treatment, nursing, or clinical services.

3. Eligibility

Clients or their representatives must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to request or approve care.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information about health, safety, and home conditions
• Maintain a safe environment for caregivers
• Notify us of schedule changes or cancellations
• Pay agreed service fees on time

5. Payments and Billing

Fees are stated in the service agreement. Payment is due as outlined in that agreement. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms of the service agreement. We reserve the right to discontinue service if conditions become unsafe or if payment terms are not met.

7. Liability

We are not liable for:
• Medical emergencies beyond our non-medical scope
• Losses caused by circumstances outside our control
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days preceding a claim.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, and materials belong to Paul Comfort Assisted Living LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
